Working and jogging

Today was a long day of background research. I managed to complete a chapter on UNFCCC and begin one about Kyoto. Now I'm finishing my day with 13248 words and 48 pages.

I did have some time to go jogging on the Prom in the evening though and I had an ok run of about 6 kilometers and about 6 litres of sweat.
